All our services are custom and time-based, meaning work begins shortly after order confirmation. Because of this, refunds are generally not provided once the service process has started, unless otherwise specified.

  • The service was not delivered as agreed in the initial proposal.

  • Duplicate or accidental payments were made.

Please note: Once any part of the agreed service has been delivered or work has commenced, the refund request will not be accepted.

  • Delay caused by the client’s lack of communication or feedback.

  • Changes in client requirements after the work has started.
